Story
Why this exists.
I started training at 12. I was overweight, lacked confidence, and wanted to put on muscle, get strong, and play sports. My father was the one who showed me the weight room — that first walk through the door changed the trajectory of my life. What started as a kid trying to feel comfortable in his own skin turned into discipline, then identity, then something I couldn't not share.
I've coached men from every starting point — overweight executives, burned-out dads, young guys with no direction, athletes who lost the plot after sport ended. The pattern is always the same: they know what to do, they just can't make themselves do it alone.
That's what The Legacy Project is. Not another app. Not another PDF. A real coach, a real plan, real accountability, and a standard you rise to — or get called out for dodging.
It's also why I built the Personal Legacy Score™. Most men don't coast because they're lazy — they coast because nothing tells them, honestly, where they stand. The score does. One number across six pillars, no hiding.
I built this for men who are done coasting through life on autopilot. Men whose kids deserve a father who's present, whose partners deserve a man who leads, and who deserve to look in the mirror and feel something other than disappointment.
